Restricted Zone

What is it and how it works?

The Restricted Zone application, gives back cities to pedestrians and residents by restricting entry to vehicles that are not allowed to drive through a defined area.

How does it work?

We install as many cameras as entrances and/or exits of the area that we want to restrict traffic into. For example, a historic city area. With a simple configuration, we can allow the entry to vehicles that have been previously authorised in different lists and generate sanction proposals to the vehicles that are not authorised, getting more uncongested urban areas and with less pollution.

It also allows to manage Low Emissions Zones in urban areas, by identifying authorised and not authorised vehicles in a specific area, using their number plate, in order to maintain an established level of emissions.

Scope of technology

The Restricted Zone application allows the creation of an infinite number of combinations, such as permitting free circulation for residents or eco vehicles.

• Allows a grace period in case an unauthorised vehicle has entered by mistake.
• Creates schedules for loading and unloading works, or to control regulated parking areas among many other options.
• Avoids installing architectural barriers that disfigure our cities and have a high maintenance cost, as well as a high failure rate.

The Restricted Zone application relies on all the power of Neural Server, which allows to generate unlimited lists, generate alerts on suspicious vehicles or carry out searches in any incident.

This solution is integrated with the penalties / sanctions module of Neural Labs and the different ticketing management software of the market.
