DELIVERY:
Neural Labs delivers its licenses in two formats: a) Intangible digital format, by downloading file, b) Digital format on physical support, that is, the digital product contained in a key / dongle, which is sent through courier, to the address indicated by the client.
Physical deliveries are managed with MRW for shipments in Spanish territory, and UPS for International shipments.
In case the client has a preference for a particular transport agency , please check with your Neural Labs sales agent.
WARRANTY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:
Neural Labs licenses are issues as “AS IS”. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the characteristics of the product are necessary for their Project. Neural Labs offers its advice for choosing the best solution, taking into account the characteristics and information provided by the client.
If there are characteristics not raised by the client, Neural Labs will not be responsable for a poor performance of the acquired solution as a consequence.
The warranty of our products includes a first year of: free updates of new versions, assistance in the event of incidents directly related to the performance of the software, excluding those that are realted to third parties (customer equipment, third party products or services, even if they interfere with the operation of the Neural Labs product).
Neural Labs also offers Preventive and Corrective Maintenance contract services as well as blocks of prepaid hours for technical support. For more details, contact your Neural Labs sales agent.
Likewise, the lost of licenses, whether accidental or as a result of damages caused with the intention of injury by third parties, are excluded from the warranty, and in the following years after the acquisition of the product. In all cases, the lost of licenses will not give the right to direct replacement, but it will be necessary to acquire a new one.
Given the digital nature of our products, whether they are delivered intangibly as downloadable key or contained in a dongle, it is not possible to make refunds, even if the client unistalls the license from their computer.
Cancellations will only be possible when they are notified before the products are delivered, whatever the delivery method.
