Vehicle capacity module

SOFTWARE:

The Vehicle Capacity Module Capacity control allows to know at any time how many vehicles are inside an enclosure, being able to know for how long each vehicle has been inside.

This Module extends the Neural Server, video analysis solution, functionalities suplementing the Neural Labs solution suite for vehicles access control.

How does it work?

The user defines zones and sub zones by using license plate recognition cameras, and with a simple configuration, we quickly know how many vehicles are inside and for how long they have been at the facility.

In addition to show in real time the capacity of the facility, this application activates panels to indicate that the enclosure is complete or show there are still free spots. It generates reports to warn of vehicles that have exceeded the maximum time inside the enclosure.

The capacity control application relies on all the power of Neural Server, which allows generating unlimited lists, acting on barriers and doors, generating alerts to suspicious vehicles or being able to carry out searches in any incident.

Main features

Cameras

The Vehicle Capacity Module allows to define cameras for entry, exit or bidirectional gates. In all cases, the software detects automatically the direction of the vehicle. The system allows as many cameras as needed.

Zones

The capacity control solution is multi zone and allows to define sub zones. The cameras can be shared (act as entry camera in one zone, and as an exit camera in another).

Real time data

The system keeps occupancy data for each of the zones and sub zones, as well as the data related to time spent for each of the vehicles.

It can generate alerts, notifications, send emails or act on an informative panel, in the following situations:

• Reached limit (by low or high occupancy) in one zone.
• Vehicles that exceed configurable stay times.

Statistics

The system delivers occupancy distribution graphics per zone and time intervals.

Web Platform

All real time alerts, notifications, data and statistics are displayed on the Neural Labs web platform.

Flexibility

This new module has been designed to cover the maximum of the possible scenarios and respond to the current needs of accurately determine and limit the capacity of vehicle parking spaces.

Scalability

This module has been added to the Neural Labs Suite, being able to perform, in one single parking lot:

• Sending alerts in case of access attempts by vehicles registered in lists.
• Act on barriers automatically if the vehicle is authorized.
• Taking additional images of the state of the vehicle at the entry (audit) to avoid false damage claims.
