In 2025, Neural Labs celebrates a milestone that reflects not only our history but also our vision for the future: 20 years of developing technological solutions for the present and future of safety and mobility.

From our early days, we’ve focused on creating tools that bring real value to cities and to transportation and security systems. Today, we can proudly say we are an active part of a transforming ecosystem—where Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Smart Cities are no longer concepts of the future, but realities in the making, to which we contribute every single day.

Neural Labs has supported this evolution from the ground up—with software that automates license plate recognition, traffic control systems based on advanced analytics, and platforms that help authorities make data-driven decisions. All with a clear focus: to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of urban spaces.

But this journey wouldn’t have been possible without the most important driving force behind our company: our people. Over the past two decades, we’ve built a committed, diverse, and highly skilled team. We are proud to have professionals who have been growing with us for over 14 years, and many more with 10-, 9-, and 8-year trajectories within the organization. Their knowledge, passion, and vision have been essential in keeping us at the forefront and adapting to the challenges of every stage.

Throughout these 20 years, we’ve cultivated a culture centered on purposeful innovation, collaborative work, and continuous talent development. We believe that behind every solution we deliver lies a combination of accumulated experience, technical curiosity, and a strong sense of service.

Thanks to the support of our partners, clients, and collaborators, today we are a benchmark in Latin America for intelligent mobility and security solutions, with a presence in over 15 countries—and we continue to grow.
