Thanks to the measure announced by the Spanish Interior department, that has the endorsement of Catalonia's "Comisión de Controles de los Dispositivos de Videovigilancia" from Catalonia's High Court (Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya - TSJC), now municipalities without their own local police force, could install license plate reading systems to increase its security.
From Neural Labs, we help the municipalities without local police force to set up a system with our solutions. Our NL Ghost is the ideal option - though there are other models also certified - because it's prepared specifically for this project, taking care of, among others:
- Vehicles used to commit crimes detection. Using the recognition of: license plates, vehicle classification, make, colour. etc.
- Pedestrian detection.
- Disregard of zebra crossings detection.
- Automatic notification sending to Police force in real time.
- Offering offences and illegal actions evidence.
- Deterrent effect.
- Decrease of criminal acts.
- Protection of people and properties.
In short, our solutions offer tranquillity and security to small municipalities and its citizens. Our equipment is homologated and integrated to meet the specifications of Catalonia's police force (Mossos d'Esquadra).
